**2023 Winter Flavor November 21st - December 22nd** Using freshly roasted coffee beans from JavAroma Roaster, a micro-roasters in Mitchell, Indiana, we grind the beans seconds before adding them to the white chocolate cocoa and peppermint mixture. We then fold Ghirardelli white chocolate chips into this lovely ice cream.
**2023 Winter Flavor November 21st - December 22nd** Adding a hint of pure peppermint extract to the base along with crumbled peppermint pieces, this ice cream is a cool and refreshing flavor just in time for the holidays.

We create a cookie-flavored profile using a brown sugar mixture without gluten. We then fold freshly roasted macadamia nuts and Ghirardelli white chocolate chips into this lovely ice cream.

Our chocolatey chocolate ice cream with marshmallow cream folded in help to create this sinfully delicious ice cream.
Adding cake batter as opposed to cake to our base takes our cake batter ice cream to a different level of flavor. To top it off, we add colorful sprinkles to our delicious ice cream for a fun flare.
We begin by roasting fresh strawberries then fold them into our lovely ice cream along with the addition of graham crackers. What sets our cheesecake ice cream apart from our other flavors in the addition of cream cheese to the base.
